User Agreement

Please read these terms carefully before using Qiwra services.

1. Binding Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User") and QiwraLink UK ("Company", "we", "us"). By activating a QiwraLink QR Tag or accessing the QiwraLink Dashboard, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must cease use of the service immediately.

2. The Service & Limitation of Liability

QiwraLink provides a digital platform that facilitates communication between the owner of a tagged asset and a finder. QiwraLink is not a recovery service. We do not guarantee the return of any item. We are not liable for:

Physical Safety

We are not responsible for the condition of assets or the personal safety of users during recovery.

GPS Accuracy

Location data is provided by third-party browser APIs and is not guaranteed to be precise or real-time.

Safety Warning

Always use public, well-lit areas or police station "safe zones" for asset handovers. Never meet a finder alone.

3. Subscription & UK Consumer Rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a 14-day "cooling-off" period from the date of purchase to request a full refund for unused physical tags. Once a tag is digitally activated and linked to your account, the digital service is considered "consumed," and the right to cancel the service component may be waived.

4. Governance

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of QiwraLink services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
